Who owns the code after?addremove
You do. On launch the repository, domain, and all accounts are transferred to you. The stack is standard Next.js - any developer or team can later pick it up without a rewrite.
What are the ongoing costs?addremove
Only infrastructure, billed directly to you: Vercel (free tier fits most MVPs), a database plan ($0-25/mo), and any paid APIs used. No monthly fees to me.
What if the idea changes mid-project?addremove
Small pivots are normal and covered - the scoping stage exists to absorb them early. A change of direction after design sign-off is scoped and priced as an addition, so nothing is hidden in the final bill.
How does payment work?addremove
A 50% deposit after signing the contract and 50% on launch. The Launch and Scale tiers can be split into stages - prototype, design, development - so you pay as approved work is delivered.
